Senior Manager Costing & Supply Chain

About the role

The Senior Manager Costing & Supply Chain will lead costing, inventory valuation and supply‑chain financial analysis for Al‑Ghazi Tractors Limited. The role provides strategic insights on cost variances, inventory movements and procurement efficiencies while ensuring compliance with financial and supply‑chain policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost accounting, product costing, variance analysis, Material Ledger and CO reporting in SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive model‑wise cost, margin and profitability analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Identify and implement cost‑optimization and productivity initiatives across materials, consumables, overheads and capacity utilization.
• Oversee inventory valuation, stock movements, cycle counts and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
• Review vendor price changes, purchase orders, BOM updates and costing assumptions for financial accuracy.
• Support budgeting, costing forecasts, feasibility studies and S&OP reviews with robust analysis.
• Ensure governance, DOA compliance and audit readiness, escalating risks and policy deviations.
• Lead cross‑functional reviews with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Certified Cost & Management Accountant or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO, including Costing and Material Ledger.
• Expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Proficiency in inventory valuation and variance analysis.
