Senior Manager, Digital Product Specialist – Digital Banking

About the role

As a Senior Manager, Digital Product Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital banking products within Mashreq’s Digital Studio. Working in a cross‑functional squad, you will shape product strategy, drive development, and ensure an optimal customer experience across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, harmonise and phase‑out digital banking products, services and channel formulas.
• Act as Proxy Product Owner, defining stories, prioritising the backlog and guiding sprint execution.
• Analyse market trends, competition, pricing, legislation and technology to inform product decisions.
• Lead incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives for product‑related processes.
• Initiate customer research and translate insights into product, channel, promotion and pricing strategies.
• Define and implement product, process and channel policies aligned with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor squad progress, budget and requirements, adjusting priorities as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in digital product management within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of product, channel and process optimisation.
• Proven ability to work in Agile squads and act as a product owner or proxy.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market, competition and regulatory impacts.
• Leadership capability to guide cross‑functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
