Senior Manager, Finance – Corporate & Investment Banking

About the role

The Senior Manager, Finance will lead financial reporting, analysis and control activities for the Corporate & Investment Banking division. You will ensure data integrity from core banking systems, support strategic decision‑making and drive performance monitoring across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong internal controls over financial and regulatory reporting processes.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial submissions and consolidate data across functions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth reporting processes and compliance with standards.
• Provide financial analysis, variance explanations and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Develop and maintain reporting policies, procedures and documentation in line with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal audit, risk assessments and compliance testing related to reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Risk and Business teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking, highlighting gaps and recommending actions.
• Manage operational risk within the function, including implementation of Key Control Self‑Assessments (KCSAs) and monitoring open risks.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance within a corporate or investment banking environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes.
• Solid understanding of operational risk and internal control frameworks.
