Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and Investment Management – Pakistan & Afghanistan Region

About the role

The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and Investment Management will lead the financial planning, performance management and investment analysis for the Pakistan & Afghanistan franchise region. The role partners with franchise finance, operations and marketing teams to drive data‑driven decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the operating‑unit financial planning and performance management processes for franchise(s).
• Collaborate with Franchise Operations Finance, RGM and PS teams to develop and align business plans, revenue forecasts and performance targets.
• Lead P&L scenario management, marketing spend forecasting, and product cost analysis.
• Provide insights to the Business Insights team, prepare shadow costing analyses, and support category and industry growth analytics.
• Ensure compliance with marketing spend policies and drive innovation financial processes for new product launches.
• Prepare and present rolling estimates, actuals, and risk‑opportunity analyses to franchise leadership.
• Partner with Platform Services to improve reporting, data hygiene, and internal control reconciliations.
• Support digitization initiatives, automating manual tasks with digital and AI tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance or category finance.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience in one of these domains.
• Strong understanding of P&L, variance analysis and risk‑opportunity assessment.
• Proven ability to generate, communicate and discuss financial insights.
• Experience working in a culturally diverse environment and a curiosity for continuous improvement.
• Hands‑on experience with digitization projects and AI‑enabled tools.
