Senior Manager MEP Design (Electrical/Mechanical)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead Electrical and Mechanical MEP design activities for building and infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing the full design lifecycle, ensuring coordination across disciplines, and delivering high‑quality, constructible BIM models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP design from concept through detailed design.
• Guide MEP engineers, designers, and BIM modelers.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Develop and maintain Revit MEP models in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models with architectural and structural teams.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and related tools.
• Establish BIM standards, templates, families, and workflows.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet required LOD, BEP, and CDE standards.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project deadlines, deliverables, and technical quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10–12 years of professional experience in MEP design and BIM coordination.
• Proven leadership experience managing MEP/BIM teams.
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and construction practices.
