Delivery Supervisor

About the role

Metro Pakistan, which operates 10 wholesale centers across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Faisalabad, is looking for a Supervisor in Model Town, Lahore. The role manages deliveries to customers and clients, ensuring the right quantity and specification, and keeps close contact with operations, store management, headquarters, buyers, field sales and the delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organise deliveries to customers and clients in the right quantity and specification
• Lead timely, efficient deliveries and provide smooth customer service, based on knowledge of orders and stock availability
• Verify daily fuel costing and transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Update KPIs daily and coordinate with headquarters on fuel expenses, KPIs, fixed costing and third-party vehicle expenses
• Handle and coordinate customer complaints about delivery issues and collect customer feedback periodically
• Check competitors' promotions and give ongoing feedback to the Buying Department by customer segment (HoReCa, traders, services, companies and offices)
• Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology and functionality

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or intermediate qualification
• 6 to 8 years of experience
