About the role
As Senior Manager of Rider Compliance you will protect our logistics operations by monitoring cancellations, identifying fraud vectors, and enforcing strict SOPs. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to safeguard the platform’s ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Develop frameworks and analyze data to combat order cancellation, delivery fraud, and silent pickups.
- Partner with tech teams to detect unauthorized app usage, location manipulation, and account sharing.
- Manage cash collection security, enforce limits on COD funds, and audit payout manipulation.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in fraud investigations, risk management, compliance or logistics, preferably in the gig‑economy.
- Strong investigative mindset with familiarity of fraud vectors such as GPS spoofing and app cloning.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Customer Service, Vendor Management, and Product teams.
