Senior Marketplace Manager – Amazon, Walmart & eBay

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketplace Manager to lead and expand our presence on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay. The role involves end‑to‑end account management, listing optimization, advertising, and inventory planning to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow seller accounts on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and optimize advertising performance for high ROAS.
• Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics across all platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and refine titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend attributes.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, coupons, and inventory forecasting.
• Analyze sales data, competitor activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, design, and customer support to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
• Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, account flags, and catalog challenges.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay accounts.
• Proven track record of scaling marketplace sales with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools and performance dashboards.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
