Senior Network Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing enterprise network infrastructure in Islamabad. The role ensures stability, integrity, and efficient operation of all network systems while providing technical leadership for related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance to guarantee system availability and reliability.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
• Troubleshoot network issues and resolve incidents promptly.
• Manage network security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business and operational needs.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.

• Strong ability to ensure network stability, integrity, and efficient operation.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship capabilities.
