Senior Network Engineer

About the role

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise networking solutions. You will ensure reliable connectivity, robust security, and optimal performance across our global digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer), including VPNs, policies, NAT, UTM, and HA setups.
• Maintain and optimize Ruckus wireless networks (ZoneDirector, SmartZone, APs) and associated controllers.
• Administer Cisco switches and routers (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR), handling VLANs, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, ACLs, and QoS.
• Monitor network performance, proactively identify issues, and provide incident support.
• Apply security patches, updates, and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration records.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams on infrastructure projects and capacity planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in enterprise networking.
• Hands‑on experience with Fortinet firewalls, Ruckus Wi‑Fi solutions, and Cisco routing/switching platforms.
• Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols, IP subnetting, routing, and switching.
• Ability to work independently and within fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
• Optional certifications: Fortinet NSE4+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Ruckus Wireless Certification.
