Senior Network Engineer (LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN)

About the role

PostEx is looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain its enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring stability, performance, and security across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments while providing technical leadership for network projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN solutions.
• Monitor network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and deliver timely resolutions.
• Manage network security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet business and operational needs.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.

• Senior‑level experience in network engineering.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
