Senior Odoo Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join Bee Tech’s growing team in Islamabad. The role focuses on designing, customizing, integrating, and deploying Odoo ERP solutions for a diverse set of global clients. You will take ownership of projects from initial design through live production, ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Odoo solutions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best‑practice coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and support their growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end deployment, release management, and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Odoo development and customization experience.
• Proven ability to work remotely with global clients, handling requirements gathering, solution walkthroughs, training, and support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Odoo framework (versions 17‑19), Odoo ORM, and custom module development.
• PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript (OWL).
• REST, JSON‑RPC, and XML‑RPC API integrations.
• Linux server administration, Git, and Odoo.sh deployment.
