Senior Officer – Business Planning

About the role

The Senior Officer – Business Planning will support the CEO in driving strategic business initiatives and ensure their successful execution. This role also combines executive assistance duties, providing high‑level administrative support to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the progress of business plans, offering recommendations for focus areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement business plans within set timelines.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on plan execution and progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and group teams.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
• Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and rental cars.
• Prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain files and records, including confidential information.
• Conduct research and compile data for special projects.
• Coordinate events and special projects assigned by the CEO.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Provide administrative support to other members of the executive team as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a fresh graduate from a top business school.
• Tech‑oriented mindset with a passion for digital banking technologies, systems, and processes.
• Proven ability to work with large, cross‑functional teams.
• Creative and enthusiastic about contributing to the country’s digital transformation.
