Senior Payroll Executive

About the role

The Senior Payroll Executive will lead end‑to‑end payroll operations for a multi‑branch retail organization, ensuring accurate, timely payments and full statutory compliance. You will work closely with HR, Finance and branch teams to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll including salaries, overtime, incentives, bonuses, deductions, leave adjustments and final settlements.
• Validate attendance, leave and overtime data before payroll runs.
• Maintain employee salary records, including increments, promotions, transfers and allowances.
• Reconcile payroll data, prepare reports, salary registers and variance analyses.
• Coordinate payroll disbursement and reconciliation with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, EOBI, social security and internal policies.
• Handle employee reimbursements, payroll adjustments and support audits.
• Continuously improve payroll processes and keep HRIS/payroll records up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of payroll administration experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, QSR or other multi‑branch environments.
• Hands‑on experience processing payroll for multiple branches/outlets.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory deductions, labor laws, EOBI and payroll compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
