Senior Psychiatrist & Speech Therapist

About the role

Sanity Hub, a private mental health clinic in Lahore, is seeking a Senior Psychiatrist & Speech Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team. The role is full‑time, on‑site and involves delivering integrated psychiatric and speech‑language services to children and adults.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnose mood, anxiety, psychotic and neurodevelopmental disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and monitor therapeutic progress.
• Perform speech and language evaluations and deliver therapy for articulation, fluency, language and social communication disorders.
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, behavior therapists and other clinicians to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and digital records.
• Consult with families and caregivers, participate in case conferences and contribute to program development and quality improvement.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry (e.g., MBBS) and licensure.
• Formal training or certification in Speech‑Language Pathology or Speech Therapy.
• Several years of post‑qualification clinical experience in multidisciplinary mental health or rehabilitation settings.
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous learning.
