Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Ovaisco Group, which grew from Ovaisco Real Estate in 1988 and now includes the construction division Ovaisco Builders, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor in Islamabad. The role covers cost control and budget monitoring across the project lifecycle, working closely with project managers, engineers and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Estimate project costs and monitor budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Carry out daily cost planning and cost reporting
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and procurement teams to ensure financial control and value for money
• Track variations and manage cost-related documentation
• Contribute to contract administration and financial risk assessments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Several years of experience in quantity surveying within construction or real estate development, preferably at a senior level
• Strong analytical, numerical and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects at once
