Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

HR Force International is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end recruitment operations for both international and local placements. You will drive sourcing, selection, and onboarding while managing client relationships and a team of recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for international and local roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand hiring needs, and deliver qualified candidates on time.
• Mentor, coach, and monitor the performance of a team of recruiters and recruitment associates.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local/international labor regulations.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance) and report to management.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4‑6 years of progressive recruitment experience, including international staffing.
• Proven experience managing local market recruitment and client relationships.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
• Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.
