About the role

FourPillars (Private) Limited is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join its sales team in Karachi. The company wants a sales professional with a proven track record, strong market knowledge and the ability to achieve challenging sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new customers and expand market presence
• Manage dealer networks
• Achieve challenging sales targets while performing under pressure

Required profile

• 5-7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the cement, steel or building materials industry
• Graduate from a recognized university
• Own conveyance; Karachi-based candidates are preferred, especially those with experience in the same industry

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to achieve targets
