Senior Sales Executive - POS Solutions

About the role

A full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive is needed to promote and sell Point of Sale (POS) solutions to retail chains, food and beverage (F&B) businesses and other commercial clients. The role is based in Al-Hafeez Center, Lahore, combining indoor sales coordination with outdoor client visits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and approach potential customers such as retail chains, restaurants, cafés and F&B businesses.
• Generate new sales through calls, meetings, networking, referrals and field visits.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable POS products, features and solutions.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to support repeat business.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, forecasts and activity and performance reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical/support teams and follow up on leads, negotiations, orders and post-sales matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in POS systems, IT products, software solutions or B2B technology sales.
• Experience selling to retail chains, restaurants, cafés or F&B businesses is an advantage.
• Willingness to carry out regular outdoor meetings and client visits.

Required skills

• Prospecting, negotiation, presentation and client relationship management.
• Market research, competitor analysis, sales forecasting and reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of PKR 70,000 to 85,000, inclusive of all allowances, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Sales commission of 0.5% to 1% of product sales, subject to the company's commission policy.
• Full-time, on-site work Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM.
