Senior Scrum Master – SaaS Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for our SaaS real‑estate platform. You will coach teams, raise Agile maturity, and ensure predictable, high‑quality software releases in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and evolve Agile practices across engineering squads.
• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and scaling ceremonies, manage dependencies and remove impediments.
• Use metrics such as velocity, burn‑down/up, cycle time, and throughput to diagnose and improve delivery performance.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering leadership, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Shape delivery processes and engineering culture, supporting cross‑team improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven Scrum Master or Agile coach experience with software engineering teams in SaaS or cloud‑native environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or other scaling frameworks, with the ability to tailor practices to team maturity.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies, managing dependencies, and removing impediments.
• Stakeholder management, conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring skills.
