Senior SEO & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior SEO & Social Media Manager to lead organic growth across search engines, social platforms and influencer channels. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to boost website traffic, expand our social presence and drive measurable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on‑page, off‑page, local and technical optimisation.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink planning and regular website audits.
• Manage and grow brand profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain editorial calendars for social media and blog content.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth and campaign performance, delivering regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high‑quality assets.
• Identify, outreach to, negotiate with and manage influencers and content creators to promote products.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning through execution and performance analysis.
• Track influencer ROI, conversions, engagement and sales performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search engine algorithm changes, social media trends and influencer marketing best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, social media management and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of improving search rankings and increasing organic traffic.
• Hands‑on experience managing business accounts on major social platforms.
• Successful history of running influencer outreach campaigns that generate sales.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
