Senior SEO Specialist – Lahore

About the role

Falcon Fly is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to boost its online visibility and organic traffic. The role focuses on developing and executing link‑building strategies, optimizing on‑page elements, and staying ahead of search engine algorithm changes. The successful candidate will work closely with content creators, developers and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive link‑building campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Conduct outreach to websites, blogs and influencers for high‑quality backlinks.
• Analyse backlink profiles, identify weaknesses and monitor competitor links.
• Perform keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush and similar tools.
• Apply on‑page SEO techniques including meta tags, header tags, URL structures and internal linking.
• Set up and monitor Google Search Console, resolve crawl errors and improve site health.
• Stay updated on AEO, GEO and broader SEO trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Generate detailed SEO performance reports and recommend further optimisations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
