Senior ServiceNow Functional Consultant/BA

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to lead functional analysis and configuration of ServiceNow applications across multiple modules. The role involves translating business requirements into detailed specifications and ensuring high‑quality delivery through testing and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis for ServiceNow modules such as ITBM, CSM, ITSM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, SRM, CMDB, HAM & SAM, and SPM.
• Develop process documentation, functional specifications, and detailed design artifacts.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases to validate configurations.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Provide expertise in ATM (Application Transaction Management) where required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 and experience in portfolio, program, or project management.
• Proven track record delivering projects in one or more ServiceNow modules.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform expertise (multiple modules).
• ITIL framework (v3 or v4).
• ATM (Application Transaction Management) experience.
