Senior SharePoint and Power Platform Developer

About the role

The Senior SharePoint and Power Platform Developer will design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications that drive critical business processes. You will work autonomously, collaborating with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and other developers to deliver high‑quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform solutions, including SPFx web parts and Power Automate workflows.
• Support integration between Microsoft 365 services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and external systems via REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Participate in the full SDLC, from requirements analysis to deployment, and manage Jira tickets to ensure efficient delivery.
• Handle run activities such as incident analysis, defect resolution, performance optimization, and production support.
• Mentor less‑experienced developers and contribute to technical decision‑making within delivery teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in enterprise software development, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of ownership.
• Ability to work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, PnP Provisioning templates, SPFx web parts.
• Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages.
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, OAuth2, Azure AD app registrations.
• Version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing.
• Understanding of security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
