Senior Social Media & Performance Marketing Expert

About the role

We are looking for a senior social media and performance marketing expert to lead paid social efforts for our portfolio of beauty and e‑commerce brands in Pakistan. The role involves end‑to‑end campaign management, creative development, and data‑driven optimisation to maximise return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise high‑budget Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Design benefit‑driven creative concepts and short‑form video hooks that capture audience attention.
• Collaborate with influencers to produce high‑performing ad content.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS.
• Work closely with brand and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing diverse brands in the Pakistani market.
• Proven track record of scaling e‑commerce brands, preferably in beauty or skincare.
• Deep understanding of the Pakistani digital landscape and consumer psychology.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid social campaigns.
