Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (Morning Shift)

About the role

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition professional to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions on a morning shift. You will partner closely with hiring managers, drive data‑backed hiring decisions, and mentor junior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer closure for assigned technical roles.
• Align with hiring managers on role expectations, timelines, and feasibility.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and talent discovery.
• Track and improve key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion, and closures.
• Provide clear, data‑backed updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure process discipline across ATS, SLAs, and hiring workflows.
• Manage candidate experience and negotiate offers end‑to‑end.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and niche hiring.
• Proven ability to operate with ownership, accountability, and a business‑aligned mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Recruitment analytics and metric‑driven decision making.
