Senior Talent Sourcer – US Market (Onsite, Bahawalpur)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to lead our U.S. market recruitment team in Bahawalpur. The role involves overseeing sourcing, screening, and client submission processes for U.S.-based positions while mentoring a small outreach team.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates forwarded by the sourcing and outreach team.
• Conduct detailed resume screening, profile reviews and initial interviews.
• Document interview notes, suitability assessments and recommendations in candidate records.
• Prepare and submit shortlisted candidates to clients with professional summaries.
• Guide Talent Sourcers and Outreach Specialists based on client feedback and hiring direction.
• Continuously improve sourcing, outreach, screening and submission workflows.
• Communicate performance expectations, daily priorities and feedback to the team.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure candidates are fully vetted before client submission.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to keep recruitment progress on track.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on recruitment experience for the U.S. market.
• Proven ability to screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and produce high‑quality client submissions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate job requirements into clear hiring directions.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruitment, sourcing or outreach team members.
• Deep understanding of U.S. job titles, locations, work authorisation and industry requirements.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Available to work onsite in Bahawalpur for 8 hours per day.
