Senior Tax Global Compliance & Reporting Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team. You will lead complex tax compliance and reporting engagements for multinational clients, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day client engagements, monitoring progress, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of domestic and international tax compliance and reporting obligations.
• Develop and implement standardized processes to improve performance and quality.
• Supervise and coach junior team members, promoting a positive learning culture.
• Maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships, ensuring adherence to EY’s Tax Quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or a related field.
• Advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tax accounting, tax auditing, and international tax regulations, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial and project‑management experience.
• Experience working with multinational clients in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Expertise in tax accounting and tax auditing processes.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and complex compliance requirements.
