Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Technical Recruiter will design and lead the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy for technical talent, aligning hiring plans with client and business objectives. This role partners closely with clients to understand their project goals and talent needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed job descriptions for a wide range of technical roles, including software engineering, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT support.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting structured interviews, technical assessments, and handling offer negotiations.
• Provide analytical recruitment reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring hiring targets are met within defined timelines.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the selection and onboarding process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of technical recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven client service and relationship‑management experience, preferably within IT consulting, outsourcing, or staffing firms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of technical roles such as software engineering, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and IT support.
• Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, Boolean search, social recruiting, talent mapping, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
