Recruit AI is seeking a proactive Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for technical positions in Lahore. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and securing top‑tier talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience aligned with the company’s hiring objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified technical candidates through job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate technical expertise, experience and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft detailed job descriptions.
• Maintain candidate data, feedback and interview schedules in the applicant tracking system.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely updates and support.
• Negotiate salary and benefits, manage offer letters and facilitate acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout recruitment activities.
• Analyze hiring metrics, improve sourcing strategies and represent the employer brand at career fairs and events.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills
