About the role
Smart Way Accounting and Tax Services is looking for a Senior Tele Sales Business Consultant to join its Lahore office. You will be responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships for accounting and tax services aimed at the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telesales calls targeting UAE‑based prospects.
- Present and sell accounting and tax solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Provide post‑sale support and nurture long‑term client relationships.
Required profile
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 12 years of telesales experience, preferably in the UAE market.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear accent.
- Strong negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.

- Competitive salary of PKR 60,000‑75,000 per month, based on experience.
