Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

HS3 Travel Consultancy is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to join its Lahore office. The role involves managing complex travel and education itineraries while delivering a high‑quality client experience. You will work on‑site, collaborating closely with the team and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on study‑abroad options, leisure travel, and business trips.
• Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel insurance.
• Handle visa documentation, ensure compliance with international travel regulations.
• Resolve booking issues and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other partners.
• Provide detailed travel consultancy and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Coach and support junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in travel consulting and itinerary design for education, leisure, and business travel.
• Proven customer‑service orientation with clear communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with visa processes and international travel regulations is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of study‑abroad pathways and admissions procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, International Relations or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead travel consultancy role is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution System (GDS) booking platforms.
