Senior Upseller – Web & Design Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Upseller to drive revenue growth in the web and design sector. The role focuses on identifying high‑value upselling opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Drive monthly sales of $10K–$15K through effective strategies and client engagement.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to maximize retention and repeat business.
• Lead high‑value negotiations, close deals, and coordinate with design and development teams for smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance.

Required profile

• O/A Levels background preferred.
• 3+ years of proven experience in sales, upselling, or account management.
• Experience in web, design, digital, or software services is highly preferred.
• Strong client relationship and account management abilities.
• Confident, target‑driven, self‑motivated personality with leadership mindset.

Required skills

• Understanding of web design and development concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
