Senior Upseller – Web & Design Sales

About the role

The Senior Upseller will drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on high‑value upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the web and design sector. Working night shifts, the role focuses on building long‑term client relationships and achieving monthly sales targets of $10K‑$15K.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close high‑value upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Maintain and grow client relationships to maximise retention and repeat business.
• Lead negotiations, present solutions, and close deals that align with client needs.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance.

Required profile

• Minimum O/A Levels education.
• 3+ years of proven sales, upselling or account‑management experience.
• Strong track record of meeting high‑value sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Confidence in handling senior‑level clients and complex negotiations.

Required skills

• Understanding of web design and development concepts.
