SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to own our online presence from start to finish. You will manage SEO, paid advertising, and social media for a niche laboratory and industrial instrument portfolio, ensuring precise keyword targeting and audience segmentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑page and technical SEO audits, manage website structure, meta tags, and schema.
• Develop and execute a sustainable link‑building strategy for core product keywords.
• Produce monthly ranking reports with clear KPIs.
• Set up and optimise Google Search/Display, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
• Perform keyword research for technical/industrial search terms and build custom and look‑alike audiences.
• Create and edit posts, reels, and short‑form videos for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content ideation, copywriting, and campaign research.
• Conduct competitor analysis, identify content gaps, and stay updated on algorithm changes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing for industrial, engineering, or laboratory equipment brands.
• Strong understanding of the Pakistani market and local search behaviour.
• Technical copywriting ability for niche product categories.
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
