SEO Lead – Build Organic Growth Engine

About the role

Qureos is an AI‑powered recruitment platform seeking an SEO Lead to own end‑to‑end organic growth. You will design, execute, and scale SEO strategies that become a compounding growth engine for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the full SEO roadmap, from technical health to content strategy.
• Conduct continuous technical audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data) using tools such as Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
• Identify, build, and launch programmatic SEO initiatives and high‑volume landing‑page templates.
• Automate rank tracking, content‑gap analysis, internal linking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Product, and Engineering to align SEO with traffic, revenue, and marketplace liquidity goals.
• Run experiments, track performance with Mixpanel and PostHog, and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Proven ability to build SEO programs from scratch with limited resources.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working independently.
