SEO & Organic Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious SEO & Organic Growth Specialist to own and execute our full SEO strategy. You will drive organic traffic, improve search visibility, and generate qualified leads for our accounting services targeting UK clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategy.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and apply recommendations to improve site performance.
• Optimize website structure, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, content and schema markup.
• Create and align content strategies with business goals and search intent.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse and report on traffic, rankings, leads and conversions.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to support SEO initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience within a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of managing SEO projects from strategy to measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and growth‑focused mindset.
