SEO Specialist – Growth & Rankings Focus

About the role

Elexoft Technologies is looking for a results‑driven SEO Specialist to lead its organic search strategy. You will be responsible for boosting the company’s visibility and achieving top rankings for high‑value keywords in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an aggressive SEO roadmap to secure top‑tier rankings quickly.
• Perform deep keyword research to uncover high‑intent, high‑conversion opportunities.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking for maximum crawlability.
• Run high‑quality backlink campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Conduct regular technical site audits to resolve crawl errors, broken links, and architecture issues.
• Monitor competitors daily, identify strengths and exploit weaknesses.
• Track, analyze, and report organic traffic, rankings, and ROI, adjusting tactics as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of proven SEO experience with a record of top rankings.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize high‑impact tasks.
• Strong communication skills to explain progress to stakeholders and collaborate with developers and content writers.
• Flexibility to pivot strategies in response to algorithm updates.
