SEO Specialist

About the role

LACAS School Network is seeking an SEO Specialist to boost the online visibility of its educational platforms. You will work closely with the content team to ensure that all web pages rank highly in organic search results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and apply findings to website content, meta tags, and URL structures.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Track keyword rankings and produce performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify link‑building opportunities and manage outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content writer to ensure SEO‑optimized copy.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and adjust tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and search rankings.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
