Shopify E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Heritage Forge is seeking a full‑time, on‑site specialist to manage and grow its Shopify store while driving digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to timeless craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize product listings, collections, pricing, and promotions on Shopify.
• Monitor website performance, analyze customer behavior, and implement improvements to boost conversion rates.
• Plan, execute, and track digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and basic SEO channels.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales to ensure consistent brand messaging and resolve online order inquiries.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and campaign results.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, especially within the Shopify platform.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and customer interaction.
• Experience in retail or e‑commerce, preferably with heritage or craft‑focused brands.
