Social Media Account Manager

About the role

Toasty, a design and growth studio, is looking for a Social Media Account Manager to own the end‑to‑end performance of client accounts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You will be the driving force behind content creation, paid advertising, community engagement and reporting, ensuring each brand’s presence not only exists but thrives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities for multiple client accounts on Instagram and Facebook.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with each client’s voice and objectives.
• Coordinate production of posts, stories and short‑form video, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
• Write or refine captions to match distinct brand tones.
• Launch, monitor and optimize paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, handling budgets, targeting and creative testing.
• Develop and run TikTok content and ads where applicable.
• Handle community management daily, responding to comments and DMs, and capturing leads.
• Analyze performance data in Meta Business Suite and produce client‑friendly reports.
• Identify under‑performing assets early and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience managing Meta (Instagram/Facebook) accounts, including personal brands.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple client accounts without compromising quality.
• Comfortable with front‑line community management and lead identification.
• Strong writing instincts adaptable to varied brand voices.
• Reliability and follow‑through with live accounts and real ad spend.
