Social Media Content & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, performance‑driven Social Media Content & Marketing Specialist to produce high‑impact short‑form videos and visual assets for digital infotainment, entertainment, and online gaming platforms. The role will manage user‑acquisition campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat, targeting Pakistan’s mobile‑first audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video and visual content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Develop ad creatives aimed at customer acquisition, engagement and conversions.
• Write compelling hooks, captions, CTAs and storytelling formats to boost watch time and campaign performance.
• Produce performance‑based creatives for gaming, entertainment, lifestyle, quizzes and digital subscription services.
• Adapt global trends into localized content suitable for Pakistani audiences.
• Test and optimise creative concepts, ad angles and formats.
• Monitor metrics such as CTR, retention, CPA, subscriptions and ROAS.
• Deliver creatives quickly for rapid testing and scaling.

Required profile

• Experience in social media content creation, performance marketing, digital entertainment, gaming, affiliate or subscription‑based products.
• Hands‑on use of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro and Figma.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer and Adjust.
• Experience with AI‑driven content tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Descript) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of TikTok‑style short‑form and viral trends, as well as Pakistani digital culture.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
