Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working under the Social Media Manager, you will research client businesses, create engaging content, and ensure timely publishing across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients by creating accounts, obtaining access, and optimizing profiles.
• Research client industries, competitors and target audiences to inform content strategy.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with seasonal trends and campaigns.
• Write brand-specific captions and design graphics, carousels, reels and blog images using Canva or similar tools.
• Schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest and other supported platforms.
• Promote blogs, website updates and marketing campaigns through social channels.
• Maintain profile information, branding and business details, and manage client content approvals.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, brand consistency and publishing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management or a related role.
• Strong research and writing abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar graphic design tool).
• Proficiency with major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest.
