Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media Executive will lead the creation and execution of digital campaigns across major social platforms, driving brand awareness and engagement for the company’s U.S‑based clients. The role combines strategic planning, content production, community management and performance analysis in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Create, curate and manage visual and written content that aligns with brand messaging.
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, contests and sponsored ads to generate traffic and leads.
• Monitor, respond to and engage with users across all channels promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high‑quality visuals and multimedia assets.
• Analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and report insights regularly.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
• Write and edit copy for posts, blogs, newsletters and other marketing materials.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all accounts.
• Conduct audits of social media presence and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of experience managing social media for brands.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willingness to work night shifts (8 pm – 5 am) and collaborate with U.S. clients.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Based in Karachi and able to join promptly if shortlisted.
