About the role
AirSial is seeking a motivated Social Media Executive to join its Karachi station team. You will be responsible for managing the airline’s social presence, engaging with passengers online, and supporting brand initiatives across major platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update AirSial’s social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Monitor online engagement, respond to passenger queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with creative agencies to produce high‑quality visual and written content.
- Oversee daily publishing schedules and optimise each channel for reach and interaction.
- Track campaign performance, calculate ROI and report insights to the marketing team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in social media management, brand marketing or a creative agency environment.
- Strong written communication skills and a creative mindset.
Required skills
- Facebook/Meta platform management.
- Instagram campaign execution.
- LinkedIn page optimisation.
