Social Media Manager – B2B

About the role

vFairs is seeking a creative, strategic, and data‑driven Social Media Manager to own and grow its B2B brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube. You will drive measurable demand, build a genuine community of event professionals, and shape the online voice of the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day posting, scheduling, and performance tracking on all social platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and develop a strategic content calendar at least two weeks ahead.
• Plan and execute content around industry moments, awareness days, and cultural events.
• Repurpose long‑form assets (podcasts, blogs, videos) into snackable social posts.
• Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to align messaging and visuals.
• Analyze social metrics, prepare data‑driven insights for review meetings, and recommend optimisations.
• Run outbound engagement programmes to grow the audience among ideal‑customer‑profile professionals.
• Ghostwrite and manage LinkedIn thought‑leadership content for the CEO, aligning with broader marketing initiatives.
• Conceptualise, launch, and manage end‑to‑end social campaigns for product launches, events, and milestones.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a strategic outlook and strong analytical skills.
• Experience building and nurturing B2B communities on social platforms.
• Ability to translate long‑form content into concise, engaging social assets.
• Proactive communicator comfortable engaging with industry influencers and partners.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
