Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will join Smile Emporium’s team in Peshawar to showcase the organization’s empowerment programs, success stories, and community impact across digital channels. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning, creating and publishing engaging content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Create, schedule and publish posts on multiple social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather updates, visuals and stories.
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Optimize content for reach and recommend improvements to grow audience.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media marketing and optimization.
• Experience in the nonprofit, education or empowerment sector is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Peshawar/Charsadda and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or equivalent practical experience.
