About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to shape and grow our online presence across major platforms. The role involves planning, creating, and curating content while driving engagement and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and other channels.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Maintain content calendars and schedule posts using appropriate tools.
• Monitor trends, hashtags and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant.
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to produce compelling visuals and campaigns.
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Manage community interactions, responding to messages and comments promptly.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with Hootsuite or similar scheduling tools.
• Basic proficiency in Canva or other design collaboration tools.
