Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to shape and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content that drives brand awareness and community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and other social channels.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aimed at increasing engagement and brand visibility.
• Maintain content calendars and schedule posts using appropriate tools.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep our approach fresh.
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to produce compelling visuals and campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Manage community engagement by responding to messages and comments in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset combined with creative thinking.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar management tools.
• Proficiency in Hootsuite or comparable scheduling platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design collaboration tools.
