Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead Pace Overseas Consultants' digital presence, creating and executing campaigns that attract prospective students and their families. This full‑time, on‑site position in Faisalabad focuses on building brand awareness and engagement across major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and schedule posts, stories and short‑form videos that reflect the company’s brand voice.
• Monitor social trends, optimize content for reach, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Collaborate with counseling and marketing teams to promote services, events and success stories.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media marketing and optimization, preferably in education consultancy or related service sectors.
• Excellent written communication and content strategy skills tailored to prospective students and families.
• Ability to work onsite, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain a professional, inclusive approach.
